We cut through much of the conventional red tape that typically slows a loan down when it goes through the bank route. Borrowers have found that a quick loan approval and funding eliminates the worry of lost profits or loss of opportunity while waiting for bank financing.

We close difficult loans. For borrowers with substantial equity in their property, the loan criteria are not as conservative as traditional financing.
